Delivery Information

Delivery

  • All orders are dispatched as promptly as possible.

  • Please allow a minimum of 3-5 working days handling time on all orders.

  • Items that require specific/extra embroidery may also take longer.

  • All deliveries are subject to stock availability (we will confirm likely delivery date for items on back order within 3-5 working days)

  • All purchased items will be collected or delivered to the billing address.

  • We will only ship within the UK.

  • We will send you an email when your goods are dispatched.

  • If you have chosen to pay cash on delivery (COD), then please ensure you have the correct money as we may not always be able to offer change.

  • You must inform us within two working days if the goods are incorrect, lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem.


Delivery Costs

  • All UK orders are now sent by either Royal Mail Tracked Service or Royal Mail 2nd Class.

  • Standard Delivery charge 2nd Class from £3.99. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss if 2nd Class Delivery option is selected.

  • Standard Delivery charge for Royal Mail 48hr Tracked from £4.74, guaranteed end – end tracking and signature upon delivery.

  • A 10p single-use carrier bag charge will be applied for all collections, inline with the Government rules https://www.gov.uk/government/news/10p-plastic-bag-charge-introduced-in-england
